We’re looking for a talented CRM and Loyalty Senior Consultant who expects more from their career. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business.

We expect Customer Engagement (Loyalty, Contact Strategy & Customer Communication Journeys and Personalization) experience and expertise, coupled with Latin America market knowledge in order to win new business, grow client value and dunnhumby. 

What you will be doing 

Lead delivery of consulting projects for priority clients ensuring excellent standards based on global best practices

Partner with Sales and Client teams to understand new and existing client needs, support new business and existing client account development and sell in relevant and compelling propositions.

Support pre-sales activities in coordination with Sales and Client teams

Liaise with Customer Engagement Consulting Teams in other regions to collaborate and be updated in our global best practices, and support CE training of dunnhumby sales teams through leading/supporting training sessions and contributing to content updates.

Build compelling Customer Engagement case studies based on the value we've added for clients in the Region working closely with Product & Marketing teams

What we expect from you

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing or Engineering
  • Have 6-8 years experience within the consulting, CRM and customer engagement
  • Have good technical knowledge of strategy and implementation Customer Experience / CRM
  • Are structured, result-oriented and aware of responsibility
  • Are able to play the role of project manager for small and medium sized projects
  • Are curious and not afraid to challenge established truths
  • Are a collaborative team player but also able to drive forwards projects independently
  • Are fluent and have good written skills in English. Portuguese is desirable.
