Withum is currently seeking a CRM Associate. You will report directly to, and work closely with, the CRM Manager, while collaborating with the Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Digital Marketing. How You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Providing CRM support for users (aka our ‘internal clients’)
• Onboarding of new users including initial communication and basic training
• Creating and maintaining user support and training documentation
• Performing data analysis in support of the business
• Performing data maintenance tasks to refine data analysis

The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to:

• Experience with a major CRM platform (Dynamics, SalesForce, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products, primarily Excel (Access and Power BI experience a bonus)
• Strong analysis experience
• High sense of urgency and responsiveness, supporting our internal clients (the users themselves)
• Professionalism & Ability to maintain good working relationships with other departments and internal clients
• Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, extremely conscious about attention to detail
• Teamwork - Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
• Education: BA or BS degree required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CRM and tech integrations.
