CRM Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Assists Clients in Translating Client ecommerce requirements into technical requirements and recommends a total I/T solution transforming the Client’s Ecommerce Function.
2. Documents and analyzes ecommerce requirements from a business perspective; defines current and future operational scenarios (processes models use cases plans and solutions) and works with Client and the I/T Architect to ensure proper identification and translation of ecommerce business requirements to I/T solution requirements.
3. Serves as business liaison with the package implementation ecommerce team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Bachelor degree or above with more than 10 years of related industry experience;
2. Familiar with cross industry solution;
3. Proficient in the implementation and delivery of CRM system pre-sales consultation and after-sales service;
4. Rich experience in project management and team leadership.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Excellent English commuincation capability;
2. Automobile and manufacture industry background is nice to have.
