Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CRM Data Analyst with expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Master Data Management (MDM) and CRM implementation projects.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in working with data management teams supporting Pharma field operations is required.
• 3+ years of experience in data-centric implementations such as SFA/CRM and Business Intelligence Tools
• Experience with Salesforce.com/Veeva (Veena network) or a similar CRM system.
• 3+ years of experience with data warehouse, Master Data Management (MDM), and data integration initiatives
• Strong experience reading and writing queries in SQL Server or Azure SQL database is required.
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience working in a production environment for multiple clients in a compliance industry.
• Advanced written and spoken English (B2 or C1/C2)

Highly preferred:

• Experience with Python scripting
• Experience with Cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure Synapse, Databricks, AWS Redshift or Snowflake is desired.

Additional Information

• Type of contract: Independent contractor (fee-for-services/outsourcing model). This type of contract covers only compensation for hours worked on a monthly basis and does not include tax withholding or insurance.
• Work Schedule & Time Zone: Full-time, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 9 AM to 5 PM EST (USA).
• Contract Duration: 15 months, with renewal possibility based on performance.
• Client Process (number of interviews): 1 interview with Bertoni, CV review by the partner, 2 interviews with the end client.
• Work equipment/hardware: Contractors must use their own computer.
