This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a CRM Data & Insights Analyst in Australia.

This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-paced and innovative iGaming environment where data plays a central role in shaping customer engagement strategies. You will be responsible for transforming CRM campaign data into meaningful insights that directly influence marketing performance and customer retention. Working across email, push, and SMS channels, you will help optimize communication strategies through rigorous analysis and experimentation. The role combines technical expertise in data tools with a strong business mindset, enabling you to bridge analytics and decision-making. You will collaborate closely with CRM, product, and tech teams in a highly dynamic, international setting. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven culture and enjoys turning complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.

Accountabilities:

  • Analyze CRM campaign performance across email, push, and SMS channels to identify trends, customer behaviors, and optimization opportunities.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to assess campaign effectiveness and support continuous improvement of engagement strategies.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor key CRM KPIs and deliver clear, actionable visual insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL and Python to support strategic CRM initiatives and enhance customer lifecycle performance.
  • Collaborate with CRM, product, data, and engineering teams to align insights with broader business goals and marketing strategies.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in data analysis or CRM analytics roles within a data-driven environment.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
    • Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
    • Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
