This role is focused on driving customer engagement and marketing performance through effective CRM management and digital campaign execution. You will play a key part in managing and optimizing HubSpot to support lead generation, automation, and personalized customer journeys across both B2B and B2C audiences. The position blends CRM operations with hands-on digital marketing execution, including email campaigns, landing pages, and content updates. You will contribute directly to improving customer acquisition, retention, and overall campaign performance through data-driven insights. Working closely with marketing and brand stakeholders, you will ensure all digital touchpoints reflect a premium and consistent brand experience. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical CRM expertise with creative marketing execution in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, including workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and marketing automation processes.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, EDMs, and automated customer nurture journeys for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Create and maintain landing pages, lead magnets, forms, and conversion-focused digital assets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including lead generation metrics, ROI, and database growth, using reporting dashboards.
  • Support website updates, blog publishing, and ongoing digital content management.
  • Ensure consistent brand alignment across all digital marketing and CRM touchpoints, maintaining a premium customer experience.
  • Requirements:

    • Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, including automation, segmentation, and campaign management.
    • Strong background in digital marketing execution, including email marketing and customer journey design.
    • Ability to build and optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion-focused digital assets.
