CRM Dynamics Developer . Involved in design, development, testing, deployment, and support on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform CRM based solutions. Ensure quality and maintain performance of deployed solutions. Collaborate with business partners, SMEs, key stakeholders to understand business processes and develop solutions to integrate with other business applications and provide solutions that automate Business Processes. Meeting software compliance standards. Provide support in on-call rotation to resolve critical application issues. Detect and correct process errors, system job failures, and performance bottlenecks. Develop code to automate business processes and address business issues, following documentation and development standards. Execute change management activities supporting production. Telecommuting anywhere in the United States.
Job Requirements
Requires M.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related area and background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform CRM based solutions and dynamics administration including workflows, configuration including UI / form development - web + unified client interface; knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 /2013/2015/2016; familiarity with dynamics administration of security, reporting, dashboards, migration, custom development and dynamics web resources, data integrations, and CRM solution file management integration; knowledge of D365 CDS PowerApps model, automating business processes with Microsoft Automate.
