WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a CRM Engineer Intern, you will work closely with our team to support and enhance our CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics. You will assist in developing, customizing, and maintaining CRM solutions to meet the needs of our organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the CRM framework.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the continental United States.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and deploy CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Customize CRM workflows, entities, forms, and views to optimize system functionality.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the CRM system.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and contribute to the creation of technical specifications and documentation.
• Support end-users with CRM-related inquiries and provide training as needed.
• Assist in integration efforts between CRM and other business systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation in CRM solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Prior experience or coursework related to software development or CRM systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in .NET development and familiarity with C# programming language.
• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred but not required.
• Experience with JavaScript and web development technologies is a plus.
