作为我们CRM机构的客户经理,您将不仅是客户的首要战略伙伴,更是我们团队的业务增长引擎。您将负责领导并深化与1-2个核心大客户的全面关系,确保我们的CRM策略、忠诚度计划、数据营销及自动化解决方案不仅能满足客户的商业目标,更能驱动可衡量的业务增长和投资回报。您需要具备将复杂的客户需求转化为卓越的、以数据驱动的整合营销方案的能力,并领导跨职能团队完美交付。
核心职责
1. 战略领导与客户管理 10%:
- 担任指定核心大客户的首席战略顾问,深度理解其业务、行业挑战及消费者旅程。
- 制定并领导执行长期的、以业务目标为导向的CRM及客户互动战略规划。
- 建立、维护并深化与客户高级管理层(市场总监、CRM负责人、数字总监等),品牌经理的信任关系,确保客户满意度与留存率。
2. 卓越交付与团队领导 70%:
- 领导由项目经理、策略师、数据分析师及创意技术团队组成的虚拟项目团队,确保项目按时、按预算、按质交付。
- 确保所有交付物(如客户旅程规划、数据策略、营销自动化蓝图、忠诚度计划设计、效果报告)均具有最高战略水准且落地性强。
- 培养并指导下属的项目经理/主管,提升团队整体专业能力。
3. 专业与创新:20%
- 精通CRM全领域,包括但不限于:客户生命周期管理、忠诚度与会员体系、营销自动化(如 Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign)、数据平台(CDP)、个性化互动及效果分析。
- 引领客户与我们共同探索营销技术(MarTech)与数据应用的前沿趋势,将创新想法转化为可执行的试点项目。
必备条件:
- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、商业管理或相关领域优先。
- 至少7-10年 在广告公司、数字营销机构或专业CRM/忠诚度咨询公司的客户服务经验,其中 至少3年 担任高级客户经理或客户总监,独立管理大型整合客户。
- 必须有成功管理并落地大型CRM、忠诚度计划或数据驱动营销项目的直接经验。
- 出色的商业头脑和财务敏锐度,有管理大额预算和实现增长目标的成功记录。
- 卓越的客户关系构建能力、战略思维能力和复杂问题解决能力。
- 优秀的英语沟通能力(书面及口语),能进行专业的提案与高层汇报。
优先考虑:
- 具备特定行业经验(如:美妆行业等)。
- 有直接使用主流CRM/MarTech平台(如 Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, HubSpot)或与相关技术团队协作的经验。
- 具备一定数据分析素养,能与数据分析师高效合作,从数据中提炼商业洞察。
