CRM Manager

About the role:

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to data accuracy you will be responsible for supporting CRM hygiene data enrichment and ensuring data accuracy within the CRM.

In this role you will:

• Uphold the highest level of data quality within the CRM platform.

• Offer daily support for troubleshooting bug fixing user adoption training and documentation.

• Identify and resolve data anomalies to maintain high data integrity standards.

• Assist with data enrichment tasks (requiring proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for effective data management and analysis).

• Provide system administration support for the CRM focusing on user permissions custom objects workflows and profiles.

• Assist in creating managing and optimizing complex workflow rules data validation and approval processes.

• Create and manage custom objects fields formulas record types page layouts reports and dashboards.

• Prepare accurate dashboards and reports in Hubspot for teams and bonus calculations ensuring data accuracy and relevance.

About you:

• Proficiency in English both written and verbal (at least at the B1 level is required).

• Previous experience with Excel/Google Sheets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail is essential.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.

It would be nice if you have:

• Previous experience with CRM platforms preferably Hubspot.

• Understanding of sales/business processes.
