CLA, one of the nation's largest public accounting and professional services firm is currently seeking a CRM Manager to join the growing IT Marketing Technology team.
Position Summary:
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager is a hands-on manager who brings their understanding of CRM processes, technology, and data to manage and maintain CLA's Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. This role will work closely with the MarTech Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the CRM system is meeting the needs of the business and driving data-driven decisions within the tech stack. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM systems, data management, project management, and team leadership.
The CRM Manager will:
- Manage a team of resources dedicated to supporting the CRM system.
- Help identify and drive front office and back-office automation efforts across marketing, ERP and business applications.
- Support enterprise-wide IT projects on the implementation of solutions involving CRM.
- Oversee the CRM operational procedures ensuring quality data, functionality, synchronizations, and third-party integrations.
- Drive usability and adoption by managing usage, licensing, trainings, and communications for users.
- Work cross-functionally with the Governance, Risk, & Compliance and Marketing teams to implement and maintain best practices for data governance and privacy.
- Work with the MarTech Manager and Product Owner to develop and maintain a roadmap for future CRM system enhancements.
- Refine and execute the CRM strategy as it relates to the MarTech stack and other IT initiatives.
- Oversee the user experience of the CRM system, ensuring it is intuitive and user-friendly.
- Function as a change agent by identifying and implementing appropriate improvements ensuring processes are automated and can scale at an enterprise level. This also includes staying current with technology and cloud trends.
The ideal candidate has:
Minimum of five years of experience in CRM systems and data management. Three plus years in an administrator role. Minimum of 2 years of experience in team leadership or management. Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Azure Services. Solid understanding of MS Power Platform and Dataverse in support of Dynamics and as a standalone platform. Familiar with concepts such as agile development, design-thinking, customer experience. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
