The Marketing department at Trustly is a dynamic, data-driven unit within the Commercial organization, functioning as a specialized SWAT team that bridges the gap between reputation, relationships and revenue. Our primary mission is to accelerate growth, acting as a powerful catalyst that propels Trustly's business objectives forward. This team is tasked with overseeing a diverse range of activities, including Growth, Brand, PR & Communications, and Events. With a strategic focus and a relentless drive for results, the department is the turbocharger in Trustly’s journey, pushing boundaries and setting new benchmarks for success.
About the role
Join Trustly as a CRM & Marketing Automation Manager, where you will spearhead and execute a wide array of initiatives to connect the dots and build long-lasting relationships with our clients. Primarily focused on the European market, this maternity cover role, lasting 14-16 months with the potential for extension, offers a distinctive blend of strategic platform management and creative CRM planning. We’re seeking someone experienced and driven in Marketing Automation and CRM, who thinks analytically. This role demands innovative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, making it perfectly suited for individuals who excel in a vibrant, fast-paced setting.
What you’ll do
- Own The Strategy: Work closely with internal stakeholders to create and optimize automated processes between Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce, own the lead lifecycle setup and build a plan for nurturing flows together with the DemandGen and Content teams
- Innovative thinking: Integrate platforms that you see fit for a business case, remain up to date with marketing capabilities in Salesforce (Einstein Lead Scoring, Einstein Sales Engage etc.), research new approaches and educate your colleagues on them
- Consistent and Organised: Perform regular health checks on Account Engagement, oversee Commercial team lead management and create a sense of structure and rigour
- Analyse: Understand and evaluateWeb, CRM and Digital Marketing results and create suggestions for further improvement and optimisation across channels
- Optimise: Ensure processes and plans around Event management and general client engagement are continually improved, aligning with direct revenue outcomes at every opportunity
Who you are
- Five or more years of experience with Account Engagement and Sales Cloud
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Plenty of experience leading successful marketing automation initiatives and a demonstrated ability to measure commercial success
- Strong knowledge and experience of creating, assessing and overseeing campaign attribution. A results-oriented mindset is a mustÂ
- Excellent project management skills – you need to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, solve problems and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills: manage stakeholders and work effectively across teams and departments
