Job description

3Commas is looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing department. As our CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing CRM marketing campaigns to help our team increase engagement, retention and re-activation of our users. This role requires a detail-oriented, data-driven, tech-savvy hero with a passion for digital marketing and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective CRM marketing campaigns and journeys to promote products and services, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. 
  • Be our go-to person for platform, technical and operational matters in our CRM team
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Segment audiences and tailor communications to drive personalized customer experiences.
  • Maintain and manage email lists, ensuring compliance with data hygiene and protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to customer marketing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM management.
  • Proficiency in CRM and customer marketing solutions, preferably CleverTap (bonus point)
  • Experience in multichannel CRM, including both web and mobile notifications and messages.
  • Experience with troubleshooting campaigns and journeys, templates (Stripo, HTML & CSS, liquid logic) and deliverability (ESPs, postmaster, IP warmup, push & inapp rendering).
  • Knowledge of the best practices in managing customer data and maintaining data hygiene.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting (at least Excel), interpreting data and providing actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of email marketing regulations, best practices, A/B testing 
  • Detail-oriented, highly attentive and organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bonus point for interest in cryptocurrency, blockchains, and trading.
