We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with an analytical mindset to complement the talented CRM Marketing team at our Liverpool, NY (near Syracuse, NY) campus. The CRM Marketing Strategist gets to be hands-on with state-of-the-art marketing tools and partners and will play an integral role as we continue to evolve our marketing efforts.

Your qualifications:

• 3+ years of direct experience in CRM marketing using enterprise campaign management solutions like Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Cordial or similar solutions.
• You have strategically and operationally launched, measured, and refined campaigns and lifecycle marketing programs with comprehensive segmentation, trigger logic, and dynamic content integrations.
• You possess a strong analytics mindset and technology proficiency, including CRM/CDP tools, email, sms and direct mail.

What you'll be doing:

• Play a key role in strategy and execution for a cohesive communications plan across channels, with an emphasis on email, SMS and direct mail.
• Lead our personalization efforts, including offer testing and other A/B testing, to drive loyalty, engagement and generate revenue; interpret results and provide insights to key stakeholders.
• Partner with multiple business units including Sales, Merchandising, Customer Care, Business Intelligence, Marketing and more to improve the customer experience through pre and post-sale communication enhancements.
• Drive CRM acquisition efforts by developing and managing campaigns targeted at prospective customers, such as new movers and expectant parents.
• Oversee marketing of our payment programs and partner with our Payment Solutions team to help increase credit applications. Additionally, you will work with our credit vendors to develop marketing campaigns aimed at converting applicants into active customers.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful execution and communication of initiatives. Craft campaign direction and briefs, and provide data-driven feedback on creative assets.
• Facilitate cross-departmental CRM campaigns, such as internal associate communications and recruitment efforts.
