CRM Product Owner - Work From Home

Often referred to as the "Voice of the Customer" on Agile projects, the Agile Product Owner is critical to the success of an agile product development effort. We are looking for an assertive and hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced and change-rich environment. The ideal candidate will have incredible analytical skills and be quick to make key-level decisions. The Agile Product Owner Advisor defines the product roadmap and has a vision for growth opportunities for scrum teams to ensure alignment between Cigna's products and the needs of its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for partnering with Business and IT leaders to define requirements, creating epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. As a Technical Product Owner, you will collaborate effectively with business partners with a primary focus on the customer experience, and reinforce empathy to the "why" behind Cigna's business needs.
• Working closely with Scrum Masters to participate in Agile activities and ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog grooming, retrospectives to ensure that the team is working on stories that maximize business value and deliver critical functionality to all stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis on customer data feeds using best practices and identify Gaps/propose recommended controls
• Have excellent analytical skills. The individual should be able to efficiently analyze datasets to find out anomalies for issues at hand.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities requiring the use of modern analytical and modeling techniques
• Helps negotiate priorities among stakeholders and enables the teams to succeed through the management of actionable stories and remove any blockers as they arise.
• Create dashboards (Tableau preferred) and perform adhoc analysis for stakeholders which will help them determine usefulness or impact of features delivered.
• Collaborating with other Product Owners, Scrum Masters, RTEs, Program/Product Managers to identify cross-team dependencies and risks.
• Serve as an SME for CRM applications by supporting business readiness activities including business acceptance and production simulation to ensure the results meet the business needs.
• Should be a self-starter and must be able to manage communications with stakeholders.

• Keep abreast with Agile practices

Qualifications:

• 8 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer science or a similar field is required.
• 5+ years of experience working with Agile scrum teams. (Healthcare domain is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills are required for effective communication with peers and leads while managing projects.
• Must have hands on experience working with SQL / NoSQL database for enhanced data querying / manipulation.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling using technologies such as R or Python.
• Comfortable working in a lean-agile environment, and have a good grasp on modern architecture practices and principles. (microservices, event-driven systems, CI/CD, etc.)
• Exposure to any of the top three public cloud platforms is a plus (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Wealth of experience in product and user behavior analysis a plus.
• Must have strong business skills and experience, with an in-depth understanding of business functions and capabilities (CRM systems is a plus).
• Proven experience in managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to foster collaboration, value others' perspectives, and gain support and buy-in for organizational proposals.
• Must have strong problem analysis and resolution skills with an ability to think critically and constructively about complex business problems.
