CRM Senior Product Manager, Salesforce
Job Description
- Consulting, Strategy & Operations is a division within Gartner which encompasses Consulting Technology and other core functions to support Gartner's Consulting teams. This role will partner with business leaders across the company to support a Consulting organization of more than 1,000 associates. Consulting Technology is on the forefront of innovation helping Consulting Associates to sell and deliver high quality engagements.
- This is a critical role in our ongoing transformation of the Consulting sales and delivery processes and tools. We are seeking a Product Manager with a track record of leading ideation, design, delivery, and ongoing management of innovative CRM and Professional Services Automation technology tools. Responsibilities:
- Successful contribution to the delivery of Gartner business objectives by developing and implementing global Consulting technology programs that deliver business-critical outcomes and impact.• Ensures that all assigned Consulting Technology programs demonstrate value and return on investment, and satisfy all defined business requirements gathered through consistent customer feedback.
- Effectively lead and manage all assigned Consulting Technology programs.
- Ensure timely and successful implementation of all initiatives including on-time, on-budget with all risks managed, disruptions minimized, and with high quality outcomes.
- Communication and change are managed across Consulting to ensure successful adoption of program outcomes
Professional Experience:
- 5+ years successful product management experience involving implementation and support of strategic technology initiatives across a complex matrix organization with distributed virtual teams. Demonstrated track record of successful business analysis, design and management of optimized processes, projects and programs in a complex global workforce environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process; experience driving requirements and delivery with SCRUM teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills when determining how to best solve consulting operational challenges
- Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
- Experience using industry leading CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) to design, deliver and support B2B sales or service enablement solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
