CRM Solution Delivery Leader

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during CRM projects ensuring clear and consistent communication
• Design CRM solutions that enhance business processes improve customer experience and drive business growth
• MTL/LTC expert.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in CRM implementation and delivery with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale CRM projects for enterprise clients.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CRM customization configuration and integration.
• Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
