Levi Strauss & Co. are looking for a CRM Specialist to deliver the European CRM marketing strategy end-to-end. In this role of CRM specialist for Europe you will hold the keys to the owned channel customer experience. With a focus on developing, owning, and executing our CRM communication calendar across our European markets.
A key part of the CRM Specialists role will be to support the growth of the membership base (acquisition) and increase the frequency with which our customers and loyalty members visit & engage with our brand, and the amount they spend with us.
Based in our Central London or Brussels office, you will report to the CRM Manager whilst working closely with European Cluster, Global, and Cross functional teams.
ABOUT THE JOB:

Own the CRM marketing communication calendar for LS&CO Europe.

Develop and execute compelling and engaging CRM campaigns to support delivery of Marketing plan aligned to trading demands and topical and contextual moments

Partner with cross functional teams to support the development of our loyalty experience across all owned channels, driving acquisition and retention through engaging CRM communications & experiences.

Work closely with the creative & marketing teams, leveraging customer data and insights to create amazing content & email campaigns that drive retention.

Lead the translation and QA process for all CRM communications with agencies, copywriters and local market teams of copy decks and copy toolkits to an extremely high standard

Coordinate the communication planning and manage the delivery of all content assets for our CRM communication plan.

Develop and deliver CRM production briefs to the creative studio traffic manager

Leverage consumer insights, marketing channel analytics and business intelligence tools to optimise communication plans &n to agreed KPIs

Generate weekly and monthly analysis of channel & content performance to allow for improvement and optimisation of all CRM journeys

Responsible for developing CRM KPIs for European team, follow up on the progress, and communicating to wider business development of CRM initiatives

Work with global & local partners to support the development and execution of the content testing roadmap to gather learnings and inform our content strategy

Work with agency partners on the Email MarTech roadmap and coordinate all testing plans.

Stay up to date with the latest industry best practice to drive innovation in our CRM strategies.

Define new & efficient ways of working through streamlining processes and automation of owned channel activity enabling more focus on the broader transformational segmentation and personalisation
ABOUT YOU:
-
Previous experience in CRM, customer retention & email marketing is essential.

Hands on technical expertise with email marketing/marketing automation platforms.

You must be a customer focused, commercially minded person.

Fluent in English (other languages advantageous, ideally German, Dutch, French) across both written and spoken communication

Analytical skills, a data driven decision making ethos & understanding of audience building.

Strong attention to detail and a good eye for creative and content

Open minded, willing to learn and able to manage in a fast-paced environment.

Customer oriented focus, with a keen interest in retail and particularly within the fashion sector

Strong team player, able to work collaboratively across multiple teams
-
An individual who thrives in a high-pressure working environment and is accustomed to meeting tight deadlines
