We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist CRM Developer to join our dynamic team at Domestic & International Management System Factory. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions within a fast-paced and evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform and Microsoft Azure, along with strong development skills in various programming languages and tools.

What you’ll do:

• You will lead the end-to-end development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring seamless project execution from requirements gathering to service delivery.

• You will design, develop, and deploy custom solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

• You will optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance for Dynamics 365 applications.

• You will ensure best practices are followed in solution architecture and development processes.

Who you are :

• You have a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in independently managing projects from requirements gathering to final delivery

• You have proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 Model-Driven Apps, including Plugin/Custom API development, Web Resources, and Component Libraries.

• You have experience with Cloud Flows, Logic Apps (preferred: Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Power Portals).

• You have expertise in Azure App Services, Azure Storage, Function Apps, Azure SQL, Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, and Prompt Engineering.

• You have hands-on experience with MS Visual Studio Code and MS Visual Studio Pro (2019, 2022).

• You are knowledgeable about Xrm Toolbox, MS Plugin Registration Tool, Postman, Azure DevOps, and RPA.

• You are fluent in Italian (professional working proficiency).

• You have at least B1 level proficiency in English (intermediate proficiency).

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferably, you also have:

• You are familiar with Azure Queues/Service Bus, Data Factories .

• You have experience with Node.js and Angular .

• A Master’s degree is preferred but not required.
