As America’s leading medical group, Envision is striving to provide quality coverage where needed. The Envision Envoy team is looking for Independent Contractor CRNA for a hospital located in the Florida area! 

Highlights: 

• 1099 Independent Contractor CRNA position. 
• Level 2 trauma center with 10 ORs
• Case Mix: Level II Trauma Center, General, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic, Spine, Vascular, Cardiology and GI 
• (No Transplants, No High Acuity Peds, No Burns)
• Anesthesia team is comprised of 5 General Anesthesiologist, 3 Cardiac Anesthesiologist and 20 Day CRNAs, 4 (24-hour CRNAs), and 3 Nighthawk CRNAs. 
• Monday – Sunday - 7 AM - 7 PM, 7 AM - 8 PM, 3 PM - 7 PM
• Weekend Coverage is Preferred but Not Required
• Must be Board Certified and have an active Florida license 
• Must have BLS and ACLS certifications
