As America’s leading medical group, Envision is striving to provide quality coverage where needed. The Envision Envoy team is looking for Independent Contractor CRNA for a hospital located in the Florida area! 

Highlights: 

• 1099 Independent Contractor CRNA position. 
• ORs – 6 plus 3 cath labs
• Cases include - General Surgery, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Vascular, Neuro, ENT, GI, Endo. 
• No cardiac, No Trauma, No Peds
• Epidurals – required 
• 15 CRNAs / 5 MDs
• Monday through Friday - 7am - 3pm OR 7am - 5pm
• CRNA Needed for 8's and 10's, need to be open to all days of the week.
• No call and no weekends
• Must be Board Certified and have an active Florida license 
• Must have BLS and ACLS certifications
