As America’s leading medical group, Envision is striving to provide quality coverage where needed. The Envision Envoy team is looking for Independent Contractor CRNA for a hospital located in Southeast Florida area! 

Highlights: 

• 1099 Independent Contractor CRNA position. 
• Level 1 trauma center 
• 16 non-cardiac ORs/10 Non OR sites (2 Electrophysiology, 1 Interventional Radiology, 1 Neurointerventional Suite, 1 "hybrid" suite (usually vascular procedure), 3 GI suites, 1 CT, 1 MRI
• broad case mix General, OB, GYN, ENT, Ortho, Spine, Vascular, Regional, Neuro, Cardiac, and Trauma. No pediatrics (but PALS certification is required)
• required - Airway Management/ IV Insertion/ Arterial Line Placement/ Spinal Anesthesia
• 37 CRNAs / 27 MDs
• PREFERRED schedule: 
• Monday – Friday, Five 8-Hour Shifts; 7 AM – 3:30 PM, or Monday – Friday, Three 13-Hour Shifts; Two Days of 7 AM – 8:30 PM and One Day of 8:30 AM - 10 PM (guaranteed day off following an 8:30 AM - 10 PM Shift) . 
• No Weekend In-House Shifts. 
• Call is preferred, but not required; Call Rotation Every 5 - 7 Weeks. 
• Must have ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Must be Board Certified and have an active Florida license
