As America’s leading medical group, Envision is striving to provide quality coverage where needed. The Envision Envoy team is looking for an Independent Contractor CRNA for a hospital located in the Florida area! 

Highlights: 

• 7 ORs and 2 procedure rooms 
• Scheduling:  Four- 10 Hour shifts; No Call No Weekends
• Cases: General, Orthopedics, Plastics, ENT, GI, GYN, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Podiatry, Hands, Urology, Pain Management.
• Care Team Model: 6-9 CRNAs and 2-3 MDs  
• Must be Board Certified and have active Florida license 
• Must have BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications
