Cross Regulation Program Manager, gTech Users and Products

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience as a Program Manager, including using best practices in program management and delivery
• 8 years of experience in compliance and risk management using established philosophies and methodologies

Preferred qualifications:

• Certifications in CISA, CISSP, or CRISC.
• Experience in setting up a regulatory readiness program management practice from scratch.
• Experience working as part of a globally distributed and matrixed team.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$242,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Lead a global regulatory program focused on delivering gTech User and Products (gUP) compliance with competition, content, and consumer protection law in collaboration with functional and enterprise-wide teams.
• Partner to design and implement the governance of an extended regulatory compliance team spanning resources.
• Set up a Program Management Office (PMO) to own end-to-end governance of regulation compliance delivery, including cadence of decision-making forums, stakeholder communications, knowledge management, and agreed ways of working.
• Build relationships and liaison with stakeholders across product verticals, operations, and gTech to ensure gUP is involved in decision-making.
• Monitor risk metrics across gUP Regulation team delivery to enable effective monitoring of risk drivers, make risk treatment plans, and deliver risk mitigation.
