We are looking for a talented CRP Team Lead to join our team specializing in manufacturing leadership for our Charleston Recon Plant in North Charleston, SC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Troubleshoot and resolve problems on the line.
• Escalate per escalation plan.
• Guide team members in meeting line goals
• Help functional areas with safety and quality issues.
• Assist the process manager in weekly rotations for the line.
• Work with the PE's and ME's during introduction processes and product on the line
• Ensure transactions are entered and accurate on oracle.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
