CS Integration Manager Summary:

The Integration Manager is responsible for requirements, operation, maintenance, and implementation strategy of all integration functions within the RSM DASH platform. This includes preparing maintenance plans and procedures, providing coordination and execution on assigned projects, managing issues and risks, providing status reports, and creating and executing a strategy to leverage the data within the system and related ancillary platforms to deliver value to the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Operations & Maintenance
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
  • Ensures the health of system integrations with internal, firm systems and eBonding solutions with external, client systems
  • Develops and documents best practice procedures and policies to govern integrations on the platform
  • Develops and delivers periodic reports on the health and utilization of integrations on the platform
  • Makes recommendations on governance and risk
  • Acts as SME for data integration inside and outside the platform. Provides subject matter expertise. Maintains and validates operational and strategic reports and dashboards
  • Develops and implements integration process, procedures, and architecture. Enhance, standardize, and automate integration capabilities, governance, and processes.


Project Support
  • Works with the DASH development team to execute and deliver integration requirements
  • Is available to drive and facilitate testing of enhancements impacting integration functions
  • Works with the DASH training team to develop and validate training materials concerning eBonding use. Promote process adoption and compliance via documentation, communication, and training.
  • Champion and facilitate a data driven mindset


Additional Responsibilities
  • Meet with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions for our clients
  • Communicate with vendors (ServiceNow, etc.) to understand and plan for future feature releases and changes
  • Work with owners of integrated monitoring and discovery tools to improve our capabilities and service delivery
  • Define and refine Managed Services key performance indicators (KPIs), SLAs and metrics
  • Analyze data to derive insightful actions and recommendations.
  • Lead ideation and requirement specification of integration tools.
  • Spearhead process simplification and value maximizing initiatives
  • Tracks and analyzes performance, process adherence, and compliance against targets.
  • Work with business stakeholders to build relationships by delivering insightful data and analytics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field of study
  • ServiceNow CSA Certification, preferred
  • ITIL Foundation Certification, preferred

Technical Skills
  • High level of competence with ServiceNow implementation and operations best practices
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, OneNote
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, preferred

Experience
  • Implementation and management of enterprise scale system integrations
  • Familiarity with common API frameworks
  • Utilization of ServiceNow modules and features
  • Worked with teams to deliver client facing solutions, preferred
