Job Description
A Program Manager- contract job is available through Modis.This is a remote opportunity with the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop documentation for various projects with sales related systems and processes.
Customer-first attitude with a focus on problem solving.
Maintain Cross-functional engagements with Business Systems, Business Operations & Sales
Support the mass creation of records from one data source to another via mass creation tools
Support the wider project team on automation initiatives by documenting end to end processes and participating in User Acceptance Testing
Provide direct support tp the Sales Organization for certain Sales initiatives
Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (Must have Qualifications)
Excellence in CRM management (Salesforce.com Essential)
Expert with Sales Operations Tools: e.g. DemandTools, Cloudingo, Data Loader, Data Import Wizard or similar
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
3-5 years of Sales Operations, Business Analyst, Data Analyst or technical experience
