Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As aCustomer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their customers, ensuring all inquiries are handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism. You will support client campaigns, help manage communications, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, friendly manner
• Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups for client campaigns
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues or escalate when necessary
• Accurately update and maintain customer records in our CRM system
• Support client campaigns by gathering customer feedback and data as needed
• Provide clear, concise information while upholding BrandNest’s professional tone
• Assist with administrative support related to customer interactions
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM systems and general office software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $22.29 - $26.84 per hour
