Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ignite Funding. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with outstanding service and support. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer care.
Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Organize and prioritize large volumes of information.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
