Your Role
We are seeking a skilled CSV Engineer/MES Analyst to join our team. As a CSV Engineer/MES Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of efficient and robust integration solutions. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, in-depth technical knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering effective integration solutions.
- Design and develop system integration solutions that enable seamless communication and data exchange between various systems, platforms, and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, analyze existing systems, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the creation of CIO templates for machine and equipment integrations.
- Create integration touchpoints between equipment and Siemens systems (Camstar OpCenter, etc.)
- Perform and execute equipment integration testing requirements through ECOs.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Manage resolution of CIO messages.
- Perform updates, recovery, and resets in Microsoft databases and other required databases.
- Investigate and resolve any potential issues with required systems (Connect MOM, OLTP, Oracle, sql servers).
- Develop and execute integration test plans, perform system testing, and troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Conduct computer software assurance/validation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to integration standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
- 3+ years of experience in equipment integration.
- Must have MES experience.
- Experience with Camstar/OpCenter MES for medical device (end to end implementation experience is preferred).
- Experience performing Microsoft database and database updates with Connect MOM, OLTP, ODS, Oracle, and SQL servers.
- Strong understanding of ISO IDMP and GxP standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
