The CT Applications Specialist is a full-time role that helps customers adopt HeartFlow’s AI-powered SAAS solution. HeartFlow is a VC-backed, pre-IPO, digital health company that has received international recognition for exceptional strides in healthcare innovation. We combine clinical expertise with cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease. The CT Applications Specialist will troubleshoot image quality issues at customer sites and provide expert level guidance on patient preparation, acquisition and reconstructions to improve image quality. Able to discuss product accuracy complaints with customers. #LI-JX1; #LI-Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct end-user training on HF products to customers in accordance with specific training plan
- Must deliver effective training using a variety of delivery methods including but not limited to product demonstrations, one on one and classroom training, webinars, and end-user knowledge transfer testing.
- Document/communicate customer acceptance/success on each training/assignment
- Capture customer feedback and have clinical discussions with customers regarding FFRct results Responsibility
- Communicate in a highly professional manner and develop effective relationships with customers
- Provide on-site and/or remote clinical application support to customers by providing scientific, technical information in response to inquiries regarding use of HF technologies.Â
- Keep up with the latest CT and Workstation product innovations, training delivery methodologies and training materials for effective training.
Skills Needed:
- Must be ARRT Certified in CT or Board Certified in Radiology
- Expert knowledge on cardiac CT required
- Teaching and industry experience highly desirable
- Expert level of proficiency on CCTA, and basic knowledge of HeartFlow's technology
- Ability to discuss key CT technical topics e.g artifacts, radiation dose, iterative reconstruction across multiple scanner platforms
- Ability to travel extensively, up to 30% is required
Educational Requirements & Work Experience:
- Minimum Associate Degree. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Min years of experience: 3-5 years clinical and/or educational experience in Cardiac CTA
