Job Summary
SUMMARY OF ROLE
Under the general direction of the Logistics/ Materials Manager, the CTO Associate will function as a member of the CTO warehouse team. Ensure that all products meet or exceed customer requirements. Follow procedures while utilizing Test Fixtures/Test Equipment/PC's to test/calibrate/program products to ensure conformity to specifications and quality standards. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with fast changing priorities all moving towards the overall goal of being efficient and participating in a total team environment. While at the same time maintaining the quality of work being produced and adhering to all safety standards set forth by the company.
Job Description
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Load firmware into Variable Frequency Drives.
- Perform basic power up test and verify parameters.
- Identify assembly mistakes and defective parts/units.
- Capable of following test procedures while utilizing manual test fixtures and test equipment.
- Record product test results, anomalies, and restoration information as required.
- Assist co-workers with any other production task such as; packaging, labeling, boxing required to complete the daily work goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education/ Qualifications
Essential - High School diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate clerical and computer skills
- Ability to quickly use basic arithmetic operations
Desirable - Associate or Technical Degree
Experience
Essential - General experience working with electronics products
Desirable - Experience testing electronics products
Languages - English necessary (conversational and reading)

The noise level in this environment is moderate.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working in the typical conditions of a shipping environment occasional exposure to manufacturing fumes, airborne particles or by-products. The employee must comply with the assigned location requirements including but not limited to closed toed shoes as required by facility safety policies.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to maintain stationary positions, operate, inspect equipment, etc. The employee must frequently position self, move and transport up to 50 pounds unassisted. The employee must be able to ascend and descend ladders The vision requirements include: close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust, focus and the ability to differentiate colors.
