Cultural Programs Coordinator
Job Description
The Culture Program Coordinator works closely with the Head of Culture Programs to advance the company culture strategic plan.
Â
Your Focus will be at:
- Â Coordination, delivery, and assessment of programs, training, and initiatives related to company culture.
- Â Administrative and logistical responsibilities for programs including meeting set up, reminders and communication
- Â Â Vendor oversight including onboarding and invoice processing.
- Â Assist with the creation of content and development of presentations and training materials.
- Â Research on best practices.

Qualifications:
- Â Â Minimum of 3 years' experience in Employee experience teams or Program coordination roles
- Â Passion and commitment to organizational culture work
- Â Â Project management skill
- Â Â Experience with HR initiatives (Anti-harassment training, employe engagement survey, recognition program)
- Â Exceptional communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Â Ability to work effectively and influence decision makers in a fast-paced environment
- Â Strong organizational and time management skills
- Â Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Assist with the creation and coordination of communication materials
- Â MS, Outlook, and Calendaring proficiency
- Â Â Virtual workshop set up and ability to run MS Teams
- Â SharePoint sites administrationÂ
