Cultural Programs Coordinator

The Culture Program Coordinator works closely with the Head of Culture Programs to advance the company culture strategic plan.

Your Focus will be at:

•  Coordination, delivery, and assessment of programs, training, and initiatives related to company culture.
•  Administrative and logistical responsibilities for programs including meeting set up, reminders and communication
•   Vendor oversight including onboarding and invoice processing.
•  Assist with the creation of content and development of presentations and training materials.
•  Research on best practices.

Qualifications:

•   Minimum of 3 years' experience in Employee experience teams or Program coordination roles
•  Passion and commitment to organizational culture work
•   Project management skill
•   Experience with HR initiatives (Anti-harassment training, employe engagement survey, recognition program)
•  Exceptional communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to work effectively and influence decision makers in a fast-paced environment
•  Strong organizational and time management skills
•  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Assist with the creation and coordination of communication materials
•  MS, Outlook, and Calendaring proficiency
•   Virtual workshop set up and ability to run MS Teams
•  SharePoint sites administration
