CUMBERLAND EXPERIENCE LEADER

OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church that we are: for God and for people. The role of the Experience Leader is to oversee the overall guest experience at all Cumberland gatherings and lead a team of Door Holders to ensure every person who attends our church has a remarkable experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the total guest experience for all who gather on Sunday mornings and during special events at our Cumberland location
• Recruit, lead, inspire, care, and build the best team of Door Holders at Cumberland that love Jesus and are committed to the vision of Passion City Church
• Regularly meet with Points, Captains, and Door Holders to cast vision, continue training, and build relationships
• Develop, lead, and maintain a recruitment plan and training strategy for new Door Holders
• Manage budget and all expenses
• Ensure consistency and effectiveness in all systems and procedures
• Work alongside other Passion City Church teams (Students, Community Groups, The Grove, PK/bloom, etc.) to ensure congruency as we serve the people of our House
• Collaborate with Experience Teams at all locations to strategize, create, execute plans & experience elements for special Sundays (such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, etc.) and special events (US Conference and Door Holder Christmas Party)
• Lead the planning and execution for all special events, team nights, and after parties at Cumberland

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm + all day Sunday.
