As Custodial Supervisor, you’ll play a key role ensuring our buildings and grounds are clean, functional, and ready for students and staff every day. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day operations of the custodial team across campus facilitiesAssign tasks, organize schedules, and monitor performance to ensure high-quality cleaning standardsTrain staff on safe and efficient use of equipment floor buffers, scrubbers, steam cleaners, etc.Conduct routine inspections, identify areas needing attention, and handle special-event setups or custodial needsManage custodial supplies and maintenance needs, coordinating with Facilities or vendors as neededMaintain compliance with safety standards and proper chemical handling protocolsStep in to perform hands-on custodial work as neededOversee all phases of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, staffing changes, performance management, discipline, and grievance resolution, in compliance with policies and legal standards.
