Custodial Worker

We are seeking FULL TIME applicants for outside Landscaping and outside Cleaning/Maintenance Work. Individuals applying for this position must have references, must have a clean and professional appearance, must be able to work during the week as well as weekends, and a flexible schedule. Candidates must also be able to work weekends as needed. Pay rate $20-$22 per hour Circulate through assigned work zone with cart, tools, and vehicle. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and proactive team member to patrol an assigned area, equipped with a cart, tools, and vehicle, to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming public environment. Key Responsibilities: • Routinely patrol assigned zones to remove litter, cigarette butts, and other debris from sidewalks, street gutters, and alleys • Eliminate graffiti and remove unauthorized posters from public infrastructure such as light posts, trash bins, and newsstands • Stay alert for suspicious or unlawful activity while on patrol, and promptly report incidents to law enforcement with clear and accurate descriptions of individuals, vehicles, or events • Engage with pedestrians and visitors in a friendly and approachable manner, offering assistance with directions, city information, or general inquiries • Document and report damaged infrastructure, graffiti on private property, and other public maintenance concerns • Complete a basic daily report summarizing tasks and accomplishments • Uphold a positive and professional demeanor at all times, in accordance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations • Perform patrols on foot for the majority of an eight-hour shift, with regular breaks • Work outdoors in all weather conditions (protective gear will be provided) • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English to effectively complete reports and communicate as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
