U.S. Facilities, Inc., a leader in comprehensive building maintenance services, is actively seeking dedicated Custodians to help create clean and welcoming environments in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our high schools, ensuring that students, faculty, and staff have a safe and pleasant space to learn and work.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Carry out general housekeeping duties to maintain a pristine environment.
• Thoroughly clean diverse areas, such as offices, gymnasiums, locker rooms, auditoriums, laboratories, and performing arts venues.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills.
• Collaborate effectively with team members while also excelling in independent tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Adapt to changing priorities and remain flexible to meet the evolving needs of the facility.Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A solid understanding of effective cleaning practices.
• The ability to follow professional instructions and safety protocols closely.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English; we also welcome bilingual individuals working towards English proficiency.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
