Required Qualifications: • Previous experience operating light maintenance and cleaning equipment (i.e. mowers, edgers, vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, extractors, etc.). • Ability to move objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds. • Must be able to climb a six ft ladder. • Must be able to independently follow written instructions. • Must be competent, after suitable instruction, in the proper use of chemicals and compounds used in the custodial process. • Must be competent, after suitable instruction, in the operation, care and use of all assigned custodial equipment.
