Custodian/Janitor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform various cleaning and maintenance tasks efficiently. Duties • Perform routine cleaning of office trailers, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. • Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. • Carry out custodial duties such as trash removal, dusting, and surface sanitization. • Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies to maintain cleanliness standards. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service. Requirements • Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Cannot be lazy. • Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous. • Strong knowledge of floor care methods and materials for effective maintenance. • Ability to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed. • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving items as required. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently MUST KNOW ENGLISH. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure that task are completed in a timely fashion. • Reliable transportation is required. Qualifications • Reliable transportation. • Cleaning experience required.
