Custom Quality Analyst II

This position is part of the Custom QC department located in Coralville, IA and will be onsite. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform and analyze a variety of QC tests according to Standard Operating Procedures and accurately document results via established product specifications.

• Perform data entry and peer review for accuracy in accordance with lab procedures.

• Perform maintenance and calibration on a variety of specialized equipment and assist in troubleshooting as needed.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science related field required. (Biology, Genetics, Chemistry or related life science field preferred); Alternatively, an Associate’s degree or equivalent with 2 years of IDT experience.

• 2 years applicable lab experience.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• PCR and qPCR

• Next Generation Sequencing

• Enzymatics

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
