In this role, you will support high-impact healthcare and life sciences research initiatives by designing and executing tailored recruitment strategies for expert and respondent engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of qualitative and quantitative market research projects across global markets, with a strong focus on German-speaking audiences. Working in a fast-paced, international environment, you will collaborate closely with project managers, sales, and research teams to meet strict timelines and quality standards. The position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring strong communication and analytical skills. You will help expand a global expert network while ensuring high-quality participation in research studies. You will be responsible for developing and executing custom recruitment strategies for assigned research projects, ensuring optimal respondent engagement and successful project delivery. You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and global teams.

• Design and implement tailored recruitment plans for qualitative and quantitative market research studies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment of healthcare experts and respondents across multiple projects
• Collaborate with project managers, sales, and research teams to align on recruitment strategy and execution
• Utilize recruitment platforms and tools to source, engage, and manage participants effectively
• Expand and maintain a strong network of German-speaking and Germany-based healthcare professionals
• Track project progress, ensuring delivery within budget, timelines, and quality expectations
• Participate in project meetings and contribute insights to improve recruitment outcomes

Requirements:

You bring experience in recruitment, market research, or expert network management, ideally within healthcare or life sciences environments. You are fluent in English and German and comfortable working independently in a remote, global setup.

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, market research, or expert sourcing roles
• Fluency in English and German (professional working proficiency required)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
• Experience working with CRM or recruitment platforms and digital outreach tools
• Strong analytical skills, including basic ability to work with metrics and calculations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
