Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components tailored to meet unique business requirements. Your work will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. You will engage in continuous development activities, adapting to evolving project needs and contributing to the overall success of software initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to ensure smooth operation. - Continuously update skills and knowledge to stay current with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Data Analytics. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. - Experience with data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings. - Familiarity with data processing and transformation methods to ensure data quality. - Ability to work with large datasets and perform statistical analysis. - Proficiency in using software tools and frameworks relevant to data analytics. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Data Analytics. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
