Job Description

In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a Customs Solutions Project Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, managing budgets and timelines, and developing innovative solutions. In addition, the role is responsible for coordinating with vendors and creating custom solutions under specific parameters and budgets. Applicants should have approximately four years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate has experience in the Workfront content management system and can manage tight deadlines successfully. 

A day on the job looks like this: 

• Understand customer needs and preferences 
• Gather requirements for custom solutions based on customer feedback 
• Work within given parameters and budgets to create custom solutions 
• Create kits for products based on customer requirements and budgets 
• Understand the company’s inventory, including current and upcoming products 
• Determine whether existing inventory or novel products can fulfill customer needs 
• Work with product and art files to develop visually appealing custom solutions 
• Assess vendor capabilities and pricing 
• Handle vendor processes, including quoting and procurement 
• Generate ideas and concepts for custom solutions 
• Group related items together to form cohesive solutions 
• Review developed solutions to ensure they meet requirements 
• Present ideas and solutions to customers effectively 
• Engage in discussions about products and solutions with customers 
• Manage different timelines effectively for product development projects 
• Participate in calls and meetings related to new business opportunities 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or Product Development; master’s degree preferred 
• 2 years of experience in a similar role required; 4 years preferred 
• Sharp communication skills 
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Experience balancing various timelines 
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly 
• Workfront knowledge
