Custom Suit and Seat Sales Representative
Job Description
Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products and safety products, has an opening for a Custom Suits and Seat Sales Representative in Hawthorne, CA at the Simpson Race Products facility!
Key Job Elements (Essential Functions Performed):
- Responds to end-user, dealer, and distributor inquiries regarding new and existing products (features, pricing, common issues, etc.)
- Respond to customers regarding custom-made suits and seat inquiries in a timely and effective manner whether by telephone, fax, or email.
- Identify, research, process and resolve customer orders/inquiries and issues on all custom suits and seats.
- Maintain thorough understanding of all products to assist customers in suit and seat sales.
- Conduct outbound calls or email with answers to RMA status, pricing, and technical questions.
- Coordinates with the customer and graphic artists on suit and seat renderings to ensure all approvals are completed and ready for production.
- Coordinates suit alterations to ensure proper renderings are approved by the customer before being sent to alterations.
- Works directly with the production team throughout the life cycle of the suit and seat production to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Completes the recertification of suits that are sent in by customers.
- Coordinates embroidery pricing with customers on all custom products.
- Works with Quality Control on custom products.
- All other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Education/Experience required):
- High School Education, or GED, is required.
- Demonstrate a high level of reliability and dependability.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and learn new ideas/methods quickly.
- Ability to work efficiently with little supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
- Spanish and English speaking a plus!
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to perform extensive standing, sitting, walking, and climbing; lift 30 lbs. regularly; manipulate up to 50 lbs. with assistance in picking up and moving stock materials and supplies; and wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb to reach materials.
