We are seeking an experiencedCustom Woodworkerto join our team and contribute to the creation and installation of high-quality custom pieces. Key Responsibilities • Fabricate and assemble custom wood components including cabinetry, vanities, built-ins, moldings, and doors. • Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications. • Safely operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools. • Assemble full projects to ensure precise details for seamless installations. • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to achieve project goals. • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, accuracy, and finishing quality. • Ensure workshop safety and cleanliness. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in woodworking, cabinetmaking, or finish carpentry. • Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and finishing methods. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. • Proficiency with woodworking machinery and hand tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in high-end residential remodeling. • Prior knowledge operating table saws, miter saws, planars, jointers, drill presses, pocket hole machines, and forklifts. • Ability to train or mentor junior team members.
