Custom Woodworker // Skilled Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Woodworker / Carpenter to join our team. This role involves the fabrication, assembly, and installation of custom wood pieces, including furniture, cabinetry, millwork, and architectural elements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in woodworking, a good eye for design and detail, and a passion for craftsmanship. You’ll contribute to some of the most high-profile and expansive projects in Southern California, collaborating with leading contractors, discerning clients, and top-tier architects. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable craftsperson with the following qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years’ experiencein custom woodworking or millwork fabrication • Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawingsand technical plans • Experienced in operating woodworking machinery, including table saws, sliding saws, panel saws, routers, and other standard shop tools • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to collaborate effectively in a team environment • Capable of fabricatinga variety of custom architectural elements such as low walls, reception desks, wall paneling, and more • Comfortable working with specialty materials, including veneers, laminates, and hardwoods Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Paid time off • Tools provided • Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
