What will you be doing?
The Customer Account Manager for enterprise sized business is responsible for the growth and performance of an existing portfolio of high volume, mostly fortune 500 customer accounts. As a Customer Account Manager, you will leverage your freight acumen to mine for truckload opportunities through effective quoting practices, commitment management, and load planner relationship development. You will work alongside a Customer Operations team and collaborate cross-functionally with Carrier Sales, Yield, Truckload Strategy, and Business Development to drive account strategy, capitalize on growth opportunities, and ensure the integrity of MoLo's service is being maximized. Additionally, you will be the daily point of contact for all key contacts across the portfolio of accounts to build strong, trusted, and long-term relationships. You will take ownership of the customer experience and deliver a best-in-class service that strengthens the MoLo brand through improved customer opinion.

Main Responsibilities:
- Utilize market knowledge and pricing tools to quote customer shipments including, but are not limited to, spot loads, mini-bids, and RFPs
- Develop tender acceptance strategy with a focus on load commitment management
- Evaluate execution performance including, but not limited to, providing service solutions and rates to ensure the integrity of MoLo's service is maximized
- Manage the load board for each customer
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with key customer contacts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, Customer Operations, Carrier Sales, Yield, Truckload Strategy, and Business Development to maximize customer account success
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- 1 year of experience in logistics preferred
- Extensive experience in truckload pricing
- Deep understanding of the freight market
- Proven experience spot quoting and successfully navigating other pricing opportunities
- Proven ability to drive customer account growth
- Ability to align growth initiatives with industry leading service levels
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
