Customer Account Manager - Entry Level

As A Customer Account Manager, You Will:Â
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Form and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize salesÂ
- Generate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and telecommunications clients
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate progress openly of monthly/quarterly initiatives to enhance sales
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededÂ
Customer Account Manager Requirements:Â

- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge
