Description
What will you be doing?
The Customer Account Manager SMB is directly accountable for the growth, margin, and success over a portfolio of small and medium sized business shippers. As a Customer Account Manager SMB, you will be responsible for a channel of inbound, predominately transactional, truckload opportunities that require full lifecycle support from quote to load close. You will be expected to develop and execute account strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities while ensuring the integrity of MoLo's service is being maximized. You will be the daily point of contact for all key customer contacts to build strong, trusted, and long-term relationships. You will focus on increasing efficiency and expanding on the truckload opportunity that exists within the SMB customer account portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Full customer load lifecycle execution including, but not limited to, quoting loads, building loads, scheduling loads, issue resolution, and closing loads
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with key customer contacts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize customer account success and retainment
  • Continuous freight and market knowledge development

Requirements
What we're looking for:
  • 1 year of experience in logistics preferred
  • Extensive experience in truckload pricing
  • Deep understanding of the freight market
  • Proven experience spot quoting and successfully navigating other pricing opportunities
  • Proven ability to drive customer account growth
  • Ability to align growth initiatives with industry leading service levels
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Location:
You will have the option to work remote or in-office in Chicago, IL; Nashville, TN; Fayetteville, AR; Ft. Smith, AR.
