Customer Service Representative

Addison Group is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives for Contract and Contract to Hire opportunities. We are working with several clients in the Irving/Dallas/Coppell areas. Looking for dynamic candidates with previous experience working in a call center environment. Ideal candidates will have experience with inbound calls, email and chat communication with customers.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent customer service experience in a call center environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
